Background

Robert has been working in a wide variety of roles in the field of international aid and development supporting the delivery of bilateral and multilateral funded projects in the human capital space working with organizations, teams, and individuals for over 20 years. Robert has worked in Indonesia, Timor Leste (East Timor), Vietnam, Solomon Islands, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Pakistan, South Africa, Liberia, and Kenya. Robert brings this experience to his coaching and leadership practice.
