Background
As Program Associate to several of Integral’s senior facilitators, Franziska is experienced in supporting the creation, organisation, delivery and evaluation of extensive leadership and team development programs. She has assisted on projects for clients from various industries such as Mining and Construction, Health and Recycling. Training topics she has supported include Managing and Leading Safety, Effective Communication, Organisational and Team Effectiveness and Leading Change. She prides herself in her organisational skills and attention to detail, her ability to think critically and adapt to client needs effectively, and her commitment to achieving positive, long-term behavioural change.
Before specialising on leadership training and facilitation, Franziska has gained a wide range of professional experience in fast paced environments in Australia, Canada, Austria and Germany. Roles she has held include but are not limited to Administration and Event Officer, Operations Support, Administrative Assistant, Workshop Presenter, Junior Consultant, and various research and business development related freelance jobs.
Franziska is passionate about education and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with specialisations in Organisational and Business Psychology as well as a second fully separate bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration with majors in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and International Business.
