John is an award-winning partnership facilitator and coach with significant hands-on experience in transforming average-performing teams into high-performance teams. Developing current and future talent with new behaviors, skills, and processes and encouraging them to lead by example is his approach and style.

Background
Brought up in Kenya as the son of a distinguished Police Detective John followed his father and became a Police officer in the UK and latterly New Zealand.
Front line experience equipped him with discipline, an eye for detail and people skills whilst having empathy for victims of crime and dealing with people from all walks of life in a consistent, friendly manner.
Translated this experience into a successful career in the financial services sector having excelled as a People leader and coach culminating in winning world-class business practice awards for outstanding Agency Management and more recently for creating Public-Private Sector partnerships

How I Work
By turning complexity to simplicity by Implementation of proven IP created to determine gaps in organisational structures around customer/client retention, building loyalty and driving up new business revenues. This is achieved by leveraging relationships and generating introductions (referrals) to ideal future customer and clients through the implementation of bespoke programs and empowering team leaders to coach for improved performance.
