As a speaker, facilitator, trainer and coach, Greg understands the holistic nature of individual and team performance. 

 Background 

Specialising in mind-set and performance training and coaching, Greg has spent the last 28 years helping over half a million individuals in 55 countries develop their skills and broaden their thinking across corporate retail, media and professional fitness. He draws on his extensive background to help people at any level recognise they are working against a lifetime of habits, most of which they’re not aware of and aren’t their fault. In helping people hack their status quo, he brings awareness to unhelpful patterns in thinking, feeling and behaviour to increase self-awareness, self-management and self-esteem.

My Why

People are people – complex and intriguing. My want is to help them learn and grow by recognising they are working against a lifetime of habits, most of which they’re not aware of and aren’t their fault. In helping people hack their status quo, my aim is to bring awareness to unhelpful patterns in thinking, feeling and behaviour to increase self-awareness, self-management and self-esteem.

How I work

From my background as a Nike-sponsored athlete, and the extensive work I’ve done with teams on leadership, culture and communication, I understand the holistic nature of success. You can’t think better and neglect your sleep. You can’t eat well and be defensive in receiving feedback. It’s all inter-connected and when you understand the brain-body connection and how it affects high performance, you crack the personal and professional leadership game.

With a focus on neuroscience, positive psychology, and NLP, I use everything I have learnt from my work and travels abroad and the extraordinary people I’ve met to inspire others to hack the status quo. My keynotes, workshops, coaching, and programs are the result.

I’ve created lasting transformations for major brands and success hungry individuals. I’ve helped people lose their baggage; find confidence and voice; and rediscover what acting with purpose feels like.
