5 things you told us

Some months ago, we set out to better understand what our customers, you, are looking for in leadership development, how we best can support you and what you expect from the future. We both ran a questionnaire and followed that up with one-on-one conversations to dig deeper into the themes that came out.

We really want to thank everyone who participated in this survey – it has reaffirmed the organisational transitions we have done over the last years and further aligned the strategic steps in reaching that our vision. We are happy to see that we are on track, and excited to build the bridges for the gaps both you and we see in the leadership development space.

  1. Future is blended

While the world has made headway to deliver services online, coaching including, there is an understanding that some programs or some parts of programs are more suited to be delivered face-to-face. The split is 50/50, and the opportunity is to provide more employees throughout the organisation with leadership training at a lower cost with flexible and exciting learning material.

Support your leaders and teams with personalised development that scales.

2. Mental Health will continue to grow

Whether you call it wellbeing, mindfulness, resilience or mindset, the extreme rise in Mental Health issues has grown and will continue to grow in importance. However, specific investment is lagging behind and there is a need to embed Mental Health in larger programs.

Help your team reduce stress, find focus and develop resilience.

3. Co-Designed Programs creates impact

A problem shared is a problem halved. When working together with our clients it is the combination of our team’s expertise together with our clients’ knowledge that make our programs successful. Hearing the organisation’s needs, consultants who understand the business, customising the program and tailoring the material to the organisation’s framework creates impact. Together we create the leaders of tomorrow.

“This was one of the best programs I have participated in.”

4. Leadership Development is key to solving major challenges

Consistently, Leadership Development represent 50% of the total training budget as it supports organisations in transcending their major challenges. And you can only transcend challenges with high performing and effective teams who can manage difficult conversations, which is why these topics are the most sought-after skills to develop.

Proven to place employees in the Top 21% of leaders and managers. Establish long-term change now.

5. It’s the relationship!

Overall, and we are very happy to see this, our clients value relationship formed when working together – A high quality team that shows genuine interest to understand the challenges the organisation is facing and can delivered tailored solutions. We are continuously striving to enhance the client experience with dedicated account managers, monthly and transparent updates on how the programs are performing, and great workshops and coaching.
