My topic-based workshops include; leading and managing change, building high-performance teams, coaching skills, managing people and difficult conversations, managing energy not time, negotiating and influencing, problem-solving through innovation.

What I love

I love those times when my clients experience an ‘aha’ moment; I can see their face and posture change when issues they have been struggling with suddenly make more sense to them and they can see a way forward.  It is a privilege to be part of that!

I also, love the outdoors and spending time near the water, a keen scuba diver. My real peace is in that moment when I am being creative through my artwork.
