My Why

I love connecting with people and through engagement uncovering what matters to them most; coming alongside in order for them to relate to their own deeply held ‘Why?’. I personally learn and grow with every conversation.

How I work

In coaching, Nadja’s focus is on the whole individual and the systemic relationships within the group or team. She is a mindful coach and attentive listener with an authentic curiosity. She is passionate about holding space for her clients to be, make meaningful shifts and sustained outcomes in a safe environment.

Nadja’s dedication to serving others is underpinned by her various volunteering roles, amongst others with Edconnect as a mentor to senior high school students facing challenges, community services at her local elderly day center and deepening cultural awareness at Australia's premier Indigenous event Garma in North East Arnhemland with the Yolngu people.

What I love

Nadja loves the outdoors, being in nature and activating the sensory system through observing, noticing and perceiving. She enjoys the ocean for morning swims and afternoon kite surfing. She has travelled and camped for 15 months with her young family through the Australian outback, home-schooling her two children. She loves music, playing team sports and sings in a band for fun.
