Lizzie is a skilled and motivated Leadership and Organisational Coach with a passion for the development of others. She works with leaders, entrepreneurs, teams and individuals to optimise their personal impact, maximise their work engagement and perform at their best, benefitting organisation success and individual wellbeing.

With many years’ experience as a Management Consultant specialising in People and Culture, Lizzie has a deep interest in what positive psychology and behavioural science research has to say about what enables people to thrive, individually and collectively.She applies her understanding of organisational dynamics with evidence from these disciplines into actionable support for clients, to develop their capability, overcome barriers, leverage their potential and find their pathway to be the best they can be.

Lizzie couples her commercial insight, with a strong professional focus and an engaging style to create credibility and trust with her clients which facilitates accelerated growth and sustainable impact.

She has worked with clients across a range of industry sectors including resources, professional services, agribusiness, government, not-for-profit, education and high-performance sport. 

With undergraduate degrees in economics and human resource management and postgraduate qualifications in career development coaching, Lizzie also holds an Advanced Executive and Organisational Coaching Certification (ICF).

She is proficient in a range of individual and team profiling tools which she uses to support her coaching practice.

Lizzie is a committed mentor of young women and has been actively involved in the creation of several coaching and mentoring programs in educational institutions and corporate organisations. She is a professional member of the Career Development Association of Australia.
