Background
Jeroen holds a MSc in Business and IT and has previously founded three companies, two of those in the Netherlands, whose products were used by hundreds of thousands of people in four continents.
Jeroen’s efforts have always been focussed on developing, consulting and coaching individuals, leaders, and organisations. He started by founding a coaching company, followed by innovation & product development in healthcare. After moving to Australia, as the Chief Product Officer of Boundlss, he and his team build a suit of products that used artificial intelligence to improve people’s health behaviours.
Jeroen is responsible for scaling Integral's business to go from a traditional diagnostics and leadership development company, into a digital Leadership Development company that delivers services throughout Australia and Asia.
He lectures on entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity at St Catherine’s and is passionate in helping people and organisations innovate and perform at their best through coaching and consulting. Jeroen is also a MHFA Accredited First Aider.
My Why
As a kid I always wanted to be a teacher. I remember as an eight-year-old helping younger kids who were being picked on, to develop skills to avoid getting picked on in the future. Trying to help other people develop is something I have always loved.
I believe that great leaders make everyone in their sphere of influence better off, and that bad leaders make everything worse. I love contributing to a future where we have more great leaders, so our organisations thrive.

What I love
Reading, kitesurfing, and coaching. I could do those all day, every day.
