Janet has worked as a management consultant, facilitator, executive coach, and designer with premium professional service firms such as Ernst and Young, RogenSi, Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, Lighthouse and Blackdot. For over 10 years, Janet has developed emerging, middle and executive leaders in a range of industries and in the public and NFP sectors, including ASX20 organisations such as ANZ, Telstra and NAB.

Janet’s helps grow inspired, capable and well-connected visionaries who are prepared for 21st century leadership challenges and opportunities.  She helps clients achieve strategic aims working on needs such as: leadership capability; talent engagement; organisational, individual and team performance; and strategic transformation.

Janet has facilitated over 1000 hours of group workshops, and she is in the final stages of becoming an International Coaching Federation ACC accredited coach.  She has completed 70 hours of 1:1, group and team coaching, and is also completing her Leadership Circle Profile accreditation. Janet has led the rollout of projects with significant complexity, and geographic spread.

Qualifications

Janet is studying Masters of Organisational Change, Innovation and Leadership at Victoria University.  Her qualifications include: Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), Cert. IV Training and Assessment, Grad. Cert. Corporate Responsibility, and Executive Coaching – Level 2 (International Coaching Federation ATQ).

Passions

Her driving force is to develop 'leaders for good'. Her corporate and public sector experience has highlighted her raison d'être or purpose: to develop highly capable and switched on changemakers with an insatiable sense of purpose, vision, ethics, curiosity and influence that is directed to making tangible positive impact in business and society.

She loves yoga and living on the Surf Coast of Victoria for its beautiful beaches and wilderness. She loves surfing, for the learning process and the fun!
