Quarterly Update - March 2021

Change is a funny thing. The signs before a big leap forward are there, some are visible, some even have a great impact on our lives, but most are invisible until we look back and can see they were right there before our eyes. Regardless, change is inevitable and to work from a model that doesn’t incorporate change is to work against nature.

Our industry, our clients and the environment is changing. How we work together as a team and collaborate with others is also changing. 2020 just sped that up. Moving forward we will be working towards a new model which utilises our platform and aims to be open, collaborative and supportive with a broad network of partners that share our values. Over the next couple of months we will broaden our partner network and our services for leadership development. We will announce these further along.

A good change from last year’s rollercoaster ride is the newfound confidence we’re seeing in the amount of leadership programs we have been asked to deliver as well as a record-breaking amount of coaching sessions in front of us. In this space we also see more clients combining group workshops and individual coaching – supporting each employee through the workshop learnings in a way that suits them.

While we are delivering both face-to-face and online, we do see a stronger pick-up for online coaching, compared to pre-covid. Same for us, we continue promoting the mix of working from home and from office when it suits the team. We are also delighted to see that our 15 minute Weekly Mindfulness drop-in sessions continuously is increasing its audience. Join us here.

Change is a funny thing. Last year threw everything up in the air and with less on we took the opportunity to strengthen our core services and platform. We are now starting to see the possibilities of the work we carried out as we invite more people onto our platform and continue to enable the development of thousands of leaders. If you are interested in partnering with us, sign up here.

We hope you have a lovely Easter. This is the time to reflect on the changes you have made and the changes around you – of the things you have learnt, what will you keep as you continue to grow in your leadership?
