Program Outline
Part 1:
The Integral Leadership Profile 360° Feedback Survey
You will begin by completing a 360° survey, assessing your own leadership skills and inviting others to provide you feedback.
Part 2:
Online Program Launch: Introductions and Objectives
Participants will meet with Integral's lead consultant online for a one-hour introductory group session to launch IWIL. This acts as a great way to understand how the program works, including your commitment, expectations and launch of the diagnostic tools (PRINT and 360° ILP).
Part 3:
Coaching Session: 360º Feedback Debrief & Personal Development Planning
In your first coaching session you will be debriefed on your 360º feedback results. This will determine areas and goals for improvement and ideas on actions useful for your strategic development including goal setting and action planning.
Part 4:
Three-day Immersion Program
You and the other participants will spend three consecutive days undergoing development.
Program includes:
Understanding my Print results.
Resilience and mindfulness.
Defining my vision and purpose.
Playing big.
Speaking up and being heard.
Strategic networks.
My Own Leadership Challenge (using the Leadership Challenge process).
Part 5:
Bi-monthly Coaching Sessions
Four x 45-minute online coaching sessions will focus on the specific personal development goals areas unique to you. This will facilitate pace and will encourage you to reflect and act on the current issues at hand, taking the learnings into future situations.
Part 6:
Bi-monthly Group Sessions
During the year, the group will undergo five group sessions. These one-hour sessions, run online, will provide an opportunity for participants to share current challenges they may be facing at both work and outside, guided by the Integral facilitator. The group will co-create solutions and options to these challenges drawing on their experiences and learnings from the program.
